Professionals/Salon: FREE ground shipping on all orders over $75.00 US pre-tax. On orders under $75.00 US, a flat ground shipping fee of $9.95 is applied. UNITED STATES ONLY.
Exporters/Distributors: One of our customer service representatives will call or email you to determine shipping charges (i.e. weight, freight, customs) and confirm the order.
*Free shipping is not available on orders containing promotional deals for Distributors, or customers receiving special pricing.
Exchange of damaged merchandise only. The company must receive request for exchange of damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Cuccio Naturalé has the right to refuse returns. No returns of products due to misuse or abuse.
Shipments & Returns
Allow 3 working days for processing. Damages in shipment must be reported to carrier within 48 hours. No returns will be accepted without authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restock charge. Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Credit will be issued only for merchandise in sellable condition. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS. Fed-Ex delivery service, UPS overnight, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Air services are available for an additional charge.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service nor Cuccio Naturalé can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for Customs clearance must be borne by you. Cuccio Naturalé has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Each country has their own Customs regulations that may or may not charge for certain types of merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Cuccio Naturalé, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Cuccio Naturalé does not accept responsibility for any delays caused by the customs department. The process of a package processing through Customs can take anywhere from a few business days to a few weeks.
Please note that our online shipping rate calculator may not be accurate when ordering online. You will be contacted by email with the cost of shipping once your order has been packaged and weighed.
All online orders will be processed in advance for 50% of the total order amount (not including shipping). Once we have received customer approval to release the order, you will be charged the remaining balance as well as freight costs.
